Trizo Signs the Armed Forces Covenant

Trizo is proud to announce that we have signed the Armed Forces Covenant, reaffirming our commitment to supporting serving personnel, veterans, reservists and military families.

The Armed Forces Covenant is a pledge that those who serve, or have served in the Armed Forces, along with their families, should be treated with fairness and respect, and should never face disadvantage because of their service. By signing the Covenant, Trizo joins thousands of organisations across the UK that are committed to recognising the contribution of the Armed Forces community.

As an AS9100-certified contract electronics manufacturer, Trizo supplies high-reliability electronic manufacturing services to sectors where quality, precision and dependability are essential, including defence, aerospace and other safety-critical industries. Supporting the Armed Forces Covenant is a natural extension of our commitment to these sectors and the people who help protect them.

By signing the Armed Forces Covenant, Trizo has committed to:
  • Promoting fairness and equal opportunities for members of the Armed Forces community.
  • Recognising the value that veterans and reservists bring to the workplace.
  • Supporting employees who serve as reservists where possible.
  • Raising awareness of the Armed Forces Covenant and encouraging others to support it.

Michael Nicholson, Director at Trizo, said:

“Signing the Armed Forces Covenant reflects our values as a business and our commitment to supporting the people who serve our country. As a manufacturer working within the defence supply chain, we understand the importance of reliability, dedication and teamwork: qualities that are equally embodied by the Armed Forces community. We are proud to formally demonstrate our support through this commitment.”
