That’s why we’ve made one of the biggest investments in Trizo’s history: a new manufacturing facility of around 22,000 sq ft, approximately three times the size of our original site.
It’s a significant step forward, but the reason behind it is simple: to build a stronger manufacturing partner for the future.
Investing in the Future
As demand for high-quality UK electronics manufacturing continues to grow, we’re investing in the infrastructure, technology and people needed to support it. The new facility is designed around the way we manufacture today, with the flexibility to develop our capabilities further as customer requirements change.
From increased production capacity to improved workflows and expanded customer cell manufacturing, every part of the investment is focused on creating a more capable, more flexible manufacturing environment. It includes:
- Double the SMT production lines, increasing our surface mount assembly capacity
- Around 22,000 sq ft of space, roughly three times the size of our original facility
- Expanded customer cell manufacturing, for dedicated production requirements
- New equipment and technology, supporting greater capability and efficiency
- Improved production workflows, making the best use of the additional space
- New office and working areas, giving our wider team room to collaborate, plan and support production
- Solar panels, helping us move towards a more sustainable manufacturing operation
Together, these improvements give Trizo the space and infrastructure to support the next stage of our growth.
