Because Trizo manufactures PCBs and products for numerous high-reliability markets, it was a natural step to enhance our inspection capabilities with the most advanced and precise equipment on the market. We installed the TruView™️ Fusion X-ray inspection system in our facilities during 2024 as part of our ongoing investing in manufacturing excellence programme.
For those interested in the technical details, the equipment features an up to 160kV microfocus X-ray source with a range of detectors and powerful analysis capabilities. It’s suitable for highly automated manufacturing processes as well as individual manual product inspection, with a 20” x 20” fully viewable sample table.
