Terms and Conditions*

1. Eligibility

This promotional offer applies to customers who place an order for the assembly of 100 or more printed circuit boards (PCBs) in a single order.

2. Offer Details

Eligible customers will receive free assembly on up to five (5) additional PCBs (“Free Units”) at no assembly charge.

3. Board Requirements

  • The Free Units must be identical in version, type, and specification to the PCBs included in the qualifying order of 100 or more assembled boards.
  • No design, revision, component, or BOM changes are permitted for the Free Units.

4. Scope of Free Assembly

  • The offer covers assembly labour only.
  • All components, materials, PCBs, tooling, setup fees, testing, shipping, taxes, and any other associated costs are excluded and remain chargeable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Order Conditions

  • The Free Units must be included within the same production run as the qualifying order.
  • The offer cannot be applied retrospectively to completed or partially completed orders.

6. Limitations

  • The promotion is limited to one offer per qualifying order.
  • The offer is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for a discount or credit.

7. Availability & Withdrawal

The offer is subject to production capacity and may be amended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice, provided that confirmed orders already accepted will be honoured.

Acceptance of the offer constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
