Sales Manager

               

We are delighted to be looking to recruit a Sales Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to be an integral part in the company’s growth and development. Working closely with the Operations Manager you will drive the business forward.

The successful Sales Manager will be an experienced sales professional with a proven track in an electronic and or electrical background.

This is a very diverse role. You will be responsible for new business as well as maintaining, reviving and developing existing accounts. The Sales Manager will schedule their own diary and be accountable for visiting customers in a face to face capacity, this will initially be across the UK but in time the company want to expand their footprint across Europe.

The role itself is Field based, reporting into the office in Bridgwater a minimum of 2 days a week. You will have direct line management of 1 report who will accompany you on face to face visits and help you manage the sales life cycle. The plan is to further grow the sales team on the back of positive results.

The role:

* New Business and Account Management; maintaining and developing customer relations across the UK and long term over Europe

*Creating brand new sales strategy for the company

* Preparation of tenders/bids and sales reports

* Direct line Management of 1 Sales Executive

* Face to face client meetings and negotiations

* Electronic/Electrical Background

* Proven track record in establishing new business

* Happy to manage 1 direct report

* Willing to travel extensively

PCB Inspector


The PCB Inspector will be required to visually inspect PCB's to ensure that they meet quality standards.

The main responsibility is to carry out inspection of Printed Circuit Boards in accordance with Quality and Industry standards.

Duties/tasks will include;

- Inspect PCBs to IPC-A-610, class 3 to ensure quality of product

- Inspect PCBs using magnification equipment & AOI

- Liaise with Production

- Assist & support production assemblers (discuss faults and findings)

- Assist and support production assemblers by discussing faults and findings.

- Manage and resolve inspection queries.

- Monitor build quality and report quality issues as necessary.

To be considered for this PCB Inspector opportunity, you must be educated to a reasonable level (GCSE English and Math). An IPC-A-610 qualification would be beneficial but not essential.

Experience of working within a similar role or electronics manufacturing environment is vital.

PCB Inspector - other skills/knowledge required;

  • Understand component identification codes such as resistors, capacitors and ICs
  • Able to interpret engineering drawings and bills of materials (BOM)
  • Previous inspection and assembly experience to IPC-A-610 class 2 minimum desirable
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to concentrate for extended periods of time on repetitive tasks
  • Able to work effectively to deadlines
  • Demonstrates proactive approach
  • Communicate clearly with all staff members
  • Dexterity, Good Hand and Eye coordination
  • Enjoys working as part of a team, displays support for others

PCB Assembly Technician

Trizo Ltd, a successful Electronics Manufacturing company based in Bridgwater is looking to appoint a full time highly skilled PCB Assembly Technician to assist a busy team in their manufacturing department.

Ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years’ experience & awareness of IPC.

Duties/tasks will include;

·         PCB Assembly (SMT & PTH)

·         Component Forming

·         Hand Soldering

·         General Housekeeping

To be considered for this PCB Assembly Technician opportunity, you must be educated to a reasonable level (GCSE English and Math). An IPC-A-610 qualification would be beneficial but not essential.

Experience of working within a similar role or electronics manufacturing environment is vital.
