Introducing the on-shore/off-shore one-stop shop

We at Trizo understand that designing and producing specialist electronic products in the United Kingdom can be a difficult business.  UK companies readily outperform Far and Middle East design houses in specialist product development, but face difficult manufacturing decisions:  

•  manufacture in the UK is simple and enables rapid and low-volume production, but can be notoriously expensive; 

•  off-shore manufacture offers fantastic cost savings, but can be slow and complex to establish, inflexible and is unsuitable for products which are not yet ready to commit to high volume production. 

Trizo is pleased to introduce its “on-shore/off-shore one-stop shop” - a new manufacturing philosophy utilizing parallel UK and off-shore production processes to provide you with the best of both worlds.  

Our Customer service, manufacturing set-up, final test, and dispatch processes are maintained at our main UK facility at all times but, in consultation with our customers, we are free to select the most cost-effective manufacturing location for each product (or part of product) every time we are asked to make it.

Typically, initial production runs of a new product are completed in the UK and the manufacturing process and end-product proved.

When volumes increase, a base-load order can be off-shored bringing immediate and substantial cost savings, whilst retaining the ability to “top-up” the base order using rapid UK manufacturing as required.
